Spanish Barbecued Ribs: Costillas a la Parrilla
Flavorful Spanish barbecued pork ribs are prepared by marinating them in a spice rub and vinegar before grilling.

Instructions

Rinse and pat dry the pork ribs.

Place ribs meat-side up in a baking dish; rub thoroughly with garlic.

Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed oregano, then rub this spice blend over the ribs.

Sprinkle vinegar over the ribs, turn them meat-side down, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.

Prepare your grill. Bring the marinated ribs to room temperature.

Grill ribs for approximately 30 minutes per side.

Remove from grill; cut into single or double pieces.
