Spanish Barbecued Ribs: Costillas a la Parrilla

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the pork ribs.

  2. Place ribs meat-side up in a baking dish; rub thoroughly with garlic.

  3. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed oregano, then rub this spice blend over the ribs.

  4. Sprinkle vinegar over the ribs, turn them meat-side down, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.

  5. Prepare your grill. Bring the marinated ribs to room temperature.

  6. Grill ribs for approximately 30 minutes per side.

  7. Remove from grill; cut into single or double pieces.

  8. Serve.
