Instructions

  1. Blend cut strawberries with orange juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth, then refrigerate until very cold.

  2. Whip cold cream until soft peaks form, then add the remaining sugar and beat until stiff.

  3. Place a dollop of whipped cream on each plate, then press approximately 1 cup of vanilla ice cream through a potato ricer, swirling it over the whipped cream.

  4. Pour the chilled strawberry sauce over the ice cream noodles and sprinkle with shaved white chocolate or coconut shreds.
