Spaghetti Meatball Carbonara

Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large pot of salted water.

  2. Heat meatballs according to package directions, then cover and set aside to keep warm.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; set aside.

  4. Cook pasta in the boiling water until al dente, then drain and immediately return it to the hot pot.

  5. Immediately add the egg mixture to the hot pasta and toss until coated, then add the warm meatballs and toss again.

  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese.
