Instructions

  1. Whisk together vegetable oil, soy sauce, ketchup, and honey.

  2. Stir in garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, oregano, and green onions.

  3. Allow the marinade to stand for 10 minutes.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

  5. Marinate red meats for 4 to 12 hours, poultry for 2 to 6 hours, and seafood or vegetables for up to 1 hour.
