Southwestern-Style Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed garlic, oil, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper with tenderloins in a resealable bag.

  2. Coat tenderloins, seal the bag, and refrigerate 2 to 12 hours.

  3. Secure marinated tenderloins onto the rotisserie spit.

  4. Turn on rotisserie and grill over indirect heat for 30 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 F/62 C is reached.

  5. Rest the meat 8 to 10 minutes before slicing.
