Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, and mustard in a slow cooker and stir; cook on high while preparing meatballs.

Line and grease a rimmed baking sheet.

Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Form 16-36 meatballs, arrange on the baking sheet, and bake for 12-18 minutes until cooked.

Transfer cooked meatballs to the slow cooker, stir to coat, cover, and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
