Sour Cream Potato Salad

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water with potatoes until tender; drain.

  2. Once cool, peel and cube the potatoes.

  3. Combine cooled potatoes, celery, and green onions in a large bowl.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

  5. Add dressing to the potatoes, toss well, and adjust seasoning.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
