Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Press the mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

  4. Bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Rest for 10 minutes, then drain fat and transfer to a serving platter.
