Sour Cream Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; blend in sugar, eggs, sour cream, and softened butter.

  2. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl; create a well and slowly mix in the yeast mixture until smooth.

  3. Knead dough, form a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours to 3 days.

  4. Roll dough into a rectangle; brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.

  5. Roll up dough from a long side and cut into 12 slices.

  6. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  7. Place rolls on a cookie sheet, flatten slightly, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and let rise for 10-15 minutes.

  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown; cool before serving.
