Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a mug.

  2. Melt butter in a separate measuring cup, then stir in milk and vanilla.

  3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and whisk thoroughly.

  4. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for the topping.
