Smoothie With Lychee Fruit
A refreshing lychee smoothie uses canned lychees, blended with banana and optional tart pineapple for a tropical treat.

Instructions

Freeze sliced banana and canned lychees on a baking sheet for at least 15 minutes.

Blend the frozen fruit until smooth.

Add silken tofu, reserved lychee juice, and orange juice, then blend again.

Incorporate vanilla extract, honey or agave, and optional ice cubes, processing until smooth.

Serve immediately or chill until ready.
