Instructions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat.

Heat cream in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it boils.

Gradually add the hot cream, a quarter at a time, to the melted chocolate, stirring thoroughly after each addition until the ganache is smooth and shiny.
