Smoked Tilapia

Smoked tilapia, an inexpensive and low-fat fish, can be prepared for dips or served with a lemon-garlic aioli on toast.

Instructions

  1. Prepare a smoker for a 2-hour smoke.

  2. Wash and debone the tilapia fillets.

  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and lemon pepper in a bowl.

  4. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the fillets.

  5. Place fish in the smoker for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

  6. Remove and serve.
