Smoked Mini-Brisket
A small smoked brisket, made tender and moist by a unique marinade, offers a flavorful alternative to traditional large cuts.

Instructions

Season the brisket with salt and pepper.

Combine all marinade ingredients in a pan, mix well, and add the seasoned brisket.

Marinate the covered brisket in the fridge for 12-24 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove brisket from the fridge and let it reach room temperature.

Prepare the smoker to 220-240 F, adding any remaining marinade to the water pan if using a water smoker.

Place brisket on the smoker and cook for 4-5 hours until the internal temperature reaches 180 F/80 C.

Remove brisket and rest for at least 1 hour.

Slice against the grain and serve.
