Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Barbecue Sandwiches

Instructions

  1. Place the pork shoulder roast into a lightly greased 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker.

  2. Mix onion, barbecue sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper, then pour over the roast.

  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

  4. Serve the cooked pork on buns, optionally with coleslaw.
