Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and flour on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then brown pork chops for 3 minutes per side.

  3. Transfer browned pork chops to a slow cooker insert.

  4. Drain peach syrup, reserving 1/4 cup; arrange peaches over the pork chops.

  5. Whisk the reserved peach syrup with tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.

  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the peaches and pork chops in the slow cooker.

  7. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the pork is tender.
