Slow Cooker Pepsi Pot Roast
A simple four-ingredient slow cooker pot roast infused with cola, ideal for serving with potatoes or noodles.

Instructions

Place the roast in a greased slow cooker and season with black pepper.

Whisk together onion soup mix, mushroom soup, and cola, then pour over the roast.

Cook covered on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Remove the roast to keep warm.

For gravy, whisk 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup cold water until smooth.

Stir the flour mixture into the cooking liquids and heat on high in the slow cooker or in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
