Slow Cooker Pepsi Pot Roast

Instructions

  1. Place the roast in a greased slow cooker and season with black pepper.

  2. Whisk together onion soup mix, mushroom soup, and cola, then pour over the roast.

  3. Cook covered on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  4. Remove the roast to keep warm.

  5. For gravy, whisk 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup cold water until smooth.

  6. Stir the flour mixture into the cooking liquids and heat on high in the slow cooker or in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.

  7. Serve the gravy with the roast.
