Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl; mix thoroughly.

  2. Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Brown them in oil in a large skillet, then transfer to a 4-quart slow cooker, reserving the pan drippings.

  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 15 minutes.

  4. Add flour, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper to the reserved drippings in the skillet, then stir in chicken broth until blended.

  5. Pour this sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker, then cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.

  6. Just before serving, stir sour cream into the meatball sauce, then cover and heat through.

  7. Serve the meatballs with gravy over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
