Slow Cooker Lamb Chops With Tomatoes and Garlic

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Coat lamb chops with flour and quickly brown them on both sides in the hot oil, then transfer to the slow cooker.

In a saucepan, combine beef broth, tomatoes, minced garlic, tomato paste, sliced celery, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil while stirring.

Pour the hot tomato mixture over the lamb chops in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, then reduce to low and continue cooking for 5 to 7 hours.
