Slow Cooker Italian Beef and Beer
A slow cooker Italian beef recipe combines beer, pepperoncini, and Italian salad dressing mix for a shredded meat dish served on rolls.

Instructions

Pour beer and pepperoncini liquid into a slow cooker.

Stir in Italian salad dressing mix, then add half the pepperoncinis.

Trim fat from the roast and place it in the slow cooker, topping with the remaining pepperoncinis.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Remove the roast, cool slightly, and shred it with two forks while still warm.

To serve, ladle cooking liquid onto split rolls, top with shredded beef, and add more liquid and peppers as desired.
