Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker insert.

  2. Pat chicken breasts dry; rub with honey mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker insert; top with spinach, steaming separately if space is limited.

  4. Dot spinach with butter and season again with salt and pepper.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
