Slow Cooker Honey and Ginger Ale Ham
A slow cooker ham features a ginger ale infusion with vegetables, finished with a honey and spice glaze.

Instructions

Scrub and halve sweet potatoes; peel and diagonally slice carrots into 2-inch pieces.

Place prepared vegetables in the slow cooker bottom, add ham, and pour ginger ale over.

Cook on low for 5 to 7 hours, until vegetables are tender.

Mix 2 tablespoons of pot liquid with glaze ingredients in a buttered measuring cup, then pour over the ham.

Continue cooking on low for 1 hour, basting frequently.

Slice the ham thinly and serve with vegetables.
