Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Combine ground ham, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and parsley; mix thoroughly.

  3. Form the mixture into uniform balls, using a 1/4-cup measure for entrées or a cookie scoop for appetizers.

  4. Arrange the ham balls in the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.

  5. While baking, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and ground mustard in a saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  6. Transfer the baked ham balls to a slow cooker, pour the glaze over them, and cook on high for 30 minutes, then switch to low or warm for serving.
