Slow Cooker Garlic and Ginger Chicken Wings

Instructions

  1. Using kitchen shears, trim wing tips and cut each wing into two pieces at the joint; discard tips or save for stock.

  2. Place the prepared wings into the slow cooker.

  3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sliced green onions, honey, and vegetable oil.

  4. Pour the sauce over the wings, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onion tops, if desired, before serving.
