Slow Cooker Garlic and Ginger Chicken Wings

Using kitchen shears, trim wing tips and cut each wing into two pieces at the joint; discard tips or save for stock.

Place the prepared wings into the slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sliced green onions, honey, and vegetable oil.

Pour the sauce over the wings, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
