Slow Cooker Cubed Pork Stew

Instructions

  1. Add cubed pork loin, carrots, onion, chicken broth, potatoes, butternut squash, salt, and pepper to a 4- to 6-quart crock pot.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours) until pork and vegetables are tender.

  3. In a small bowl, combine flour and softened butter; mix until smooth.

  4. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the stew until blended to thicken the sauce.

  5. Cover and continue cooking on high for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the stew reaches desired thickness.
