Instructions

  1. Pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

  2. Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and paprika, then place them in a slow cooker.

  3. In a bowl, whisk 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and the reserved liquid from 1 (4-ounce) can of mushrooms.

  4. Stir the solid mushrooms into the soup mixture.

  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.

  7. Serve garnished with 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley.
