Slow Cooker Chicken With Mushrooms

Instructions

Pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Season the chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and paprika, then place them in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and the reserved liquid from 1 (4-ounce) can of mushrooms.

Stir the solid mushrooms into the soup mixture.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.

Serve garnished with 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley.
