Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker insert with nonstick spray or a liner.

  2. Combine 2 cans of soup and converted rice in the slow cooker.

  3. Place chicken on top, then season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add diced celery and chopped green onions on top.

  5. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours, until chicken reaches 165 F and rice is tender.

  6. Serve.
