Slow Cooker Calico Beans

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp, then remove to drain, reserving 2 teaspoons drippings.

  2. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; transfer to a slow cooker.

  3. Add the cooked bacon, brown sugar, dry mustard, baked beans, lima beans, kidney beans, ketchup or barbecue sauce, and vinegar to the slow cooker; season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
