Slow Cooker Butterflied Chops and Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Toss potatoes and sliced onion with salt and pepper in a large bowl, then place them in the slow cooker.

  2. Top the vegetables with pork chops and sprinkle with half a package of salad dressing mix.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 hours.

  4. Remove pork chops to a platter and transfer potatoes to a serving bowl before serving hot.
