Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix onion, garlic, egg, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons mustard, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Gently combine ground beef with the mixture.

  3. Form six equal patties.

  4. Combine remaining tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce in a medium bowl to make the sauce.
