Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Loin

Instructions

  1. Trim excessive fat from the pork roast.

  2. Rub the roast with garlic, then season with salt and pepper, and prick thoroughly.

  3. Combine 1 cup brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar; apply this mixture over the roast.

  4. Cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until tender.

  5. Pour off excess juices, then combine the remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar with cinnamon and spread over the roast.

  6. Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
