Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Loin

Trim excessive fat from the pork roast.

Rub the roast with garlic, then season with salt and pepper, and prick thoroughly.

Combine 1 cup brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar; apply this mixture over the roast.

Cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until tender.

Pour off excess juices, then combine the remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar with cinnamon and spread over the roast.

Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
