Slow Cooker Beef and Bean Stew

Instructions

Cut beef into 1/2-inch pieces and coat with flour.

Brown the floured beef in olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Chop onion, slice celery and carrots, and chop bell peppers.

Drain and rinse beans.

Combine chopped vegetables, seasonings, drained beans, broth, tomatoes, and browned beef in a 4-6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on low for 8-10 hours.

Optionally, add corn kernels 1 hour before serving.
