Slow Cooker Apricot Preserves Recipe
A simple, intensely flavorful apricot preserve is easily prepared in a slow cooker.

Finely chop dried apricots.

Combine chopped apricots, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Uncover and continue cooking on high for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

Ladle the hot preserves into clean glass jars; cool before sealing.

Refrigerate for up to one month, or process jars in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes for shelf stability.
