Skillet Spaghetti and Meatballs

This easy, one-dish skillet spaghetti and meatballs features pasta cooked directly in the sauce for enhanced flavor and texture.

Instructions

  1. In a deep skillet, combine spaghetti sauce and water, then bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Stir in frozen meatballs and spaghetti, adding 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water if needed to fully cover the pasta.

  3. Once boiling, cover the skillet and reduce heat to a simmer.

  4. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently until meatballs reach 165 F and spaghetti is tender, adding more liquid if the mixture becomes too dry.

  5. Top with both cheeses, let melt for 1-2 minutes, then optionally add basil and serve immediately.
