Skillet Sesame Chicken

Instructions

  1. Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic for the stir-fry sauce.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and cornstarch, then coat chopped chicken breasts.

  3. Warm sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Stir-fry coated chicken until browned and cooked through, then reduce heat to medium-low.

  5. Stir the sauce and add it to the chicken.

  6. Continue stir-frying for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

  7. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli, toasted sesame seeds, and scallions.
