Skillet Sesame Chicken
A quick copycat recipe yields fresh, takeout-style sesame chicken that can be prepared at home in 30 minutes.

Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic for the stir-fry sauce.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg and cornstarch, then coat chopped chicken breasts.

Warm sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Stir-fry coated chicken until browned and cooked through, then reduce heat to medium-low.
