Skillet Chicken Dijon Recipe

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken broth, wine, Dijon mustard, basil, tarragon, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat, then add chicken, season with salt, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned.

  3. Add the broth mixture to the skillet, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender.

  4. Transfer chicken to a warm platter.

  5. Boil the pan juices for 1 minute until reduced to 1/4 cup.

  6. Pour the reduced sauce over the chicken.
