Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.

  2. Rub chicken with garlic, seasoning blend, and salt.

  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned.

  5. Stir barbecue sauce and water into the pan, scraping up any browned bits.

  6. Cook chicken 1 to 2 minutes more, turning frequently to coat, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155 to 160F.
