Instructions

  1. Combine beef broth, condensed broth, tomatoes, chopped carrots, onion, celery, potato, and pepper in a crock pot.

  2. Cook on high for 3 hours until vegetables are tender.

  3. Cook the burgers using your preferred method (grill, skillet, or broiler).

  4. Cut cooked burgers into small pieces and add them to the soup along with peas and corn, if desired.

  5. Continue cooking on low for 2 hours.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
