Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking pan with foil and place a lightly sprayed cooling rack in it.

  2. Combine ground beef, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, egg, and milk; mix until well blended.

  3. Place 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.

  4. Form the beef mixture into 3/4 to 1-ounce meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs to coat.

  5. Arrange the meatballs on the prepared rack and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
