Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking pan with foil and place a lightly sprayed cooling rack in it.

Combine ground beef, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, egg, and milk; mix until well blended.

Place 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.

Form the beef mixture into 3/4 to 1-ounce meatballs and roll them in the breadcrumbs to coat.

Arrange the meatballs on the prepared rack and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
