Instructions

  1. Scrub and trim beets, then individually wrap each in foil with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.

  2. Place the wrapped beets into a slow cooker, cover, and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until tender.

  3. Once cooled, unwrap the beets, remove the tops and roots, and peel off the skins.
