Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C). Place butter and olive oil in a baking pan, then put it in the oven to melt for 1-2 minutes; remove once sizzling.

  2. Blot chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Combine flour, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl; dredge chicken breasts in this mixture.

  4. Arrange the coated chicken in the hot pan and return to the oven.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the chicken and bake for another 10-15 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 165 F (73.9 C).

  6. Serve immediately.
