Simple Glazed Pork Tenderloin Recipe

A seared and roasted pork tenderloin is enhanced by a flavorful peach or apricot and balsamic glaze.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Trim any excess fat from the pork and season it with salt, pepper, or grill seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sear the pork on all sides for 6 to 8 minutes total before transferring it to a baking pan.

  3. Combine the remaining glaze ingredients in a saucepan, bring the mixture to a simmer, then remove from heat.

  4. Roast the pork for 12 minutes. Brush generously with the glaze, then continue roasting for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the pork reaches at least 145 F.

  5. Reheat any remaining glaze and serve with the pork.
