Instructions

Lightly wet a 6-inch pan.

Soften gelatin in a bowl with water for 5 minutes.

Combine juice, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan; heat over medium until sugar dissolves.

Stir in the softened gelatin until dissolved, adding food coloring if desired.

Pour into the prepared pan and allow to set for 4 hours in the refrigerator or overnight at room temperature.

Once set, unmold and cut into desired shapes.

Roll in superfine sugar for an optional finish before serving.
