Simple Fresh Berry With Grand Marnier Sauce

Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash 1 pint of mixed berries in a bowl.

  2. Purée the remaining berries with 4 tablespoons of sugar in a food processor.

  3. Combine the mashed and puréed berries, then stir in the orange liqueur.

  4. Adjust sweetness to taste with additional sugar if desired.

  5. Allow the sauce to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
