Instructions

Marinade chicken with seasoning for 15 minutes.

Marinade prawns with seasoning for 5 minutes; stir-fry until red, then set aside.

Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes, drain, and marinade for 20-30 minutes.

Soak dried shrimp in warm water for 15 minutes, then finely chop.

Heat a wok with two tablespoons of neutral oil.

Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and chili for 20 seconds. Add chicken and carrot; stir-fry until chicken is white.
