Simple Baked Pasta With Bolognese Sauce
A simple baked pasta casserole with bolognese sauce, reminiscent of a deconstructed lasagna, can be customized with various meat sauces and pasta shapes.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta according to package directions.

While the pasta cooks, combine ricotta, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Drain the cooked pasta, return it to the pot, and stir in the bolognese sauce.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
