Instructions

  1. Start boiling water for blanching.

  2. Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Squeeze excess water from the spinach and transfer it to a serving bowl.

  4. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sesame salt, garlic, and sugar; mix thoroughly.

  5. Pour the dressing over the spinach and toss to combine and serve.
