Instructions

Prepare a steamer with boiling water.

Mix all ingredients except wrappers to form the filling.

Spoon a tablespoon of filling onto each wrapper, shape sides into ripples, leaving the center open, and tap the bottom to flatten.

Steam the filled dumplings in a bamboo steamer for 5 to 6 minutes until cooked.
