Instructions

  1. Prepare a steamer with boiling water.

  2. Mix all ingredients except wrappers to form the filling.

  3. Spoon a tablespoon of filling onto each wrapper, shape sides into ripples, leaving the center open, and tap the bottom to flatten.

  4. Steam the filled dumplings in a bamboo steamer for 5 to 6 minutes until cooked.

  5. Serve with desired dipping sauces.
