Shrimp With Mushrooms, Garlic and Wine Tapa

Instructions

  1. Clean, trim, and slice mushrooms.

  2. Peel and rinse shrimp, then set aside.

  3. Heat 4 to 6 tablespoons olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat; add minced garlic.

  4. Before garlic browns, add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.

  5. Stir in white wine and cook for 5 minutes, then season with salt.

  6. Add shrimp and hot pepper flakes; stir and cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.

  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a fresh baguette.
