Instructions

  1. Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse and pat dry.

  2. Separate sliced green onions into white/light green and dark green portions; reserve dark green for garnish.

  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until softened but not browned.

  5. Add shrimp, white/light green onions, wine, and lemon juice; cook for 2-4 minutes, stirring, until shrimp are pink and firm.

  6. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.

  7. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and the dark green onion tops.
